CPA2025-00001 - Honc 41 CPA
Current Status - BoCC Review for Adoption
Amend Lee Plan Map 1-A, Future Land Use Map, to change subject property’s Future Land Use from Suburban to Central Urban to allow for commercial and light industrial uses along US 41/Tamiami Trail North. The subject property is located along the west side of North Tamiami Trail, approximately 0.25 miles south of Del Prado Boulevard North.


CPA2025-00002 - Disaster Recovery Plan Update
Current Status - DEO Review
Amend the Lee Plan Objective 72.1 and Policies 72.1.1, 72.1.7, and 72.1.8 in response to the repeal and replacement of Ordinance 07-20 with Administrative Code 2-23 regarding the Disaster Advisory Council and adoption of the Lee County Disaster Recovery Plan.


CPA2025-00003 - US 41 Pugliese Multi-Family

Request for a map amendment (Map 1, Page 1) to change the 13.2-acre site from Suburban to Urban Community.


CPA2025-00004 - Amend Lee Plan Planning Horizon Update
Current Status - Staff Preparation - Public
Amend the Lee Plan planning horizon from the year 2045 to the year 2055, consistent with Ch. 163.3177, F.S.


CPA2025-00005 - Amend Lee Plan Housing Element
Current Status - Staff Preparation - Public
Amend the Lee Plan's Housing Element and other housing-related provisions in the Lee Plan and Land Development Code based on anticipated population and housing needs.


CPA2025-00006 - Alico Tradeport
Current Status - Staff Review - Private
A request to amend the text in Goal 33 to allow for the development of industrial uses when developed in complimentary locations within Southeast Lee County.


CPA2025-00007 - Pondella Holdings
Current Status - Staff Review - Private
Add subject property to the Lee County Utilities Future Sewer Service Area Map - Lee Plan Map 4-B.


CPA2025-00008 - Armeda Property
Current Status - Staff Review - Private
A request to amend the Future Land Use Map (Map 1-A) to change the future land use category on 561.63 +/- acres from DR/GR to Rural and Wetlands, amend Lee County Future Water Service Areas (Map 4-A), and Lee County Future Sewer Service Areas (Map 4-B) to add the subject property. The request is associated with a concurrent RPD rezone to allow for 737 single-family dwelling units.


CPA2025-00009 - Daniels Tradeport
Current Status - Staff Review - Private
Amend FLUM to designate a portion of the Property from DRGR and Wetlands to Tradeport; amend FLUM Serioes to add Property to Lee County Future Water and Sanitary Sewer Service Areas; amend FLUM series to remove the property from Southeast Lee County Community Planning Area.
