These fees were approved by the Board of County Commissioners per Administrative Code 3-10.  See the complete External Fees and Charges Manual or select the list in the table below which includes fees for Zoning, Permitting, Plan Review and Environmental Sciences.  (Rows are expandable.)

Note: In addition to building permit fees, all permits are subject to fees imposed through HB0663, revised by HB 741 effective July 1, 2017.   Each permit is charged a minimum of $2 for administration (or 1.5% of permit fee) and a minimum of $2 for radon (or 1% of the permit fee).
